On the road again, just can't wait to get on the road again

I'm going home to Maine in April (wish me luck, I'm flying solo with an 8 month old!) so I'm kind of on an east coast kick right now.

This, believe it or not, is a photo album made from a Maine license plate. Awesome! Kev has dozens of collected plates in the garage, and I bet we could easily make something similar. Check out the other designs in Lauren's Etsy shop.

Aspen is a narcissist just like me.

In September I made Aspen a photo book using Shutterfly's website. It's an 8X8 hardcover full of photos of her and her friends and family. I made it so she can squeal and delight in having a book all about herself. She's too young to blog, so I figured she needed an outlet for self-indulgence and this would do the trick.

How to keep all those prints organized.

B&H photography has photo albums for Holga prints (5X5) that I have my eye on. Kev would prefer having the photos stored in albums instead of strung up all over the house. I guess he's not a fan of pin holes in the walls he painstakingly painted.

I can't decide if I should get the album that holds 1 photo per page or the album that holds 4 per page. Either way, I'm just glad a fairly inexpensive album exists to display my Holga prints.

Once I get film for Kev's old Polaroid camera, I'll need to get an album like this one from Urban Outfitters for all my instant prints!
