Ruffles are huge right now, and since I can't sew, I'd probably add some to my wardrobe by purchasing this hoodie in any of the available colors at Old Navy.
Oh, I love this! AND I bet it is on sale over thanksgiving weekend. A trip to old navy on thursday is in order I think! haha, or maybe early on friday...
